How to make it:

1. Mix: Pour the whole bag into a large bowl, add lukewarm water, and mix until smooth and thick.
2. Rest: Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 45–60 minutes, until doubled in size.
3. Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Drop in golf-ball-sized portions and fry 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
